TG is assisting the executive team at Pleasant Beach Village to improve their restaurant’s financial margins. Pleasant Beach Village is a multipurpose development located ten miles west of Seattle by ferry on Bainbridge Island. Pleasant Beach amenities include a full service semi upscale restaurant, an exclusive catering venue, an open market, luxury suites and residences.

The Beach House Restaurant is Pleasant Beach Village’s full service semi upscale restaurant. Beyond the sweeping views of Rich Passage, the floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace provides a cozy island atmosphere to enjoy The Beach House made-from-scratch Northwest fare. This exceptional dining experience includes the Alley Cat Bar’s handcrafted, premium cocktails; altogether a perfect place to gather with friends and family for a delicious meal.

Perched on the hillside, The Manor House is surrounded by lush landscaped grounds. Soaring ceilings, massive reclaimed beams and a 16-foot fireplace add to the elegant experience. Faithfully restored, The Manor House is a special events venue perfect for weddings, receptions and celebrations. The Manor House seats 180 guests and includes a commercial kitchen.

The Marketplace is a mix of merchants, restaurants and boutiques. Locals mix with guests in this community destination. The Inn at Pleasant Village includes an eight-room hotel and ten exclusive apartments. Unique architectural details and balconies overlooking the bay make it one of the most inviting places to stay on Bainbridge Island.

TGRCG has begun the assessment process, which includes a turnaround strategy to lower the costs of goods and labor. This work is in process. At completion TGRCG estimates profitability will improve by as much as 14%.
