The Gilkey Restaurant Consulting Group developed an operations manual as well as a master recipe manual for the use of restaurant franchise partners in Japan. Both manuals have been completed and the first franchised restaurant is scheduled to open in Tokyo in late December. Additional support by the Gilkey Restaurant Consulting Group will include developing and revising recipes.
