Buffalo Run Casino and Resort is the gaming and entertainment center in this four state area. The Gilkey Restaurant Consulting Group traveled to Oklahoma to meet the Buffalo Run executive team. TGRCG assessed Buffalo Run’s current restaurant brands as well as their Food and Beverage operations. Following the assessment, TGRCG will implement rebranding strategies and operating enhancements.
