During phase one the Gilkey Restaurant Consulting Group was asked to visit their business and assess their financial results and submit our recommended strategies and tactics which would allow them to lower their operating costs.
Based upon our assessment the owners engaged our team to implement our recommended actions steps. When we first arrived both food cost and labor cost were running at 42 percent sales. Since implemented our cost management systems both food cost and labor are running 32 percent and 30 percent respectively.
Within 60 days profit margins improved by 22 percent and the business now has comfortable cash flow.
