Project Scope - Assist in concept makeover and repositioning for this restaurant concept, developed the redesign and supervised the rebuild of restaurant, developed the menu and all recipes associated with the menu, developed all operating systems in operation manual format, implementation of all operating systems and training of new team members and managers, coordinate pre-opening launch, and providing on-going operations support and consultation for several months post opening.
