Project Scope - We are currently engaged in Phase 3 of developing a new 11,000 sq ft restaurant concept and 30,000 sq ft theatre serving gourmet food for ARAMCOR’s shopping center located in Round Rock Texas. Phase 1 included conducting a feasibility study for their restaurant. Phase 2 consists of conducting customized market research to test market the new concept in Round Rock and presentation of final concept strategy. Currently The Gilkey Restaurant Consulting Group is engaged in designing the food service areas and consulting on menu for both the restaurant and theatre.
