With over 30 years experience as a restaurant owner and operator, Scott understands
how to create compelling concepts and run great restaurants.
During his career Scott has held executive positions of Franchise Owner/Operator,
Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Food and Beverage
Director for nationally recognized restaurant companies such as Restaurants Unlimited
and Ruby’s Diner. Two brands recognized for their excellence in outstanding service
and innovative food concepts.
Scott's greatest expertise lies in his ability to bring concepts to life. Scott has opened
and operated more than 30 full service restaurant concepts across the country and
supported 10 Palomino restaurant openings nationwide. Palomino is a Nations
Restaurant News 1995 “Hot” concept award winner.
Scott’s vast experience in restaurant operations and culinary management can bring
depth of experience and a high level operations expertise to any project.
