RICK GIBONEY
After graduating from Washington State Hospitality School, Rick began his career as General Manager for the dominant Seattle-based restaurant company, Restaurants Unlimited. During his tenure at RUI, Rick held several executive positions but his greatest contribution was as Senior Vice President of Development. As VP of Development Rick lead teams who conceptualized successful national brands such as Cinnabon World Famous Cinnamon Rolls, Kincaid’s Fish, Chop and Steakhouse, and Palomino Restaurant, Rotisserie and Bar. Rick is an expert at studying consumer trends and providing counsel that empowers our clients to build sustainable restaurant concepts. He is best at developing concept strategies, which differentiates your concept in the marketplace enabling your business to prosper and grow.
