JOHN HERMAN
With more than 35 years experience in the hospitality industry, John has worked as
President and Chief Operation Officer of several highly acclaimed regional and
national organizations, such as Restaurants Unlimited Inc. and Desert Island
Restaurants.
He has been personally involved in more than 20 separate hospitality concepts, from
special occasion steak houses to Asian bistros and from small, neighborhood pizza
places to 90,000-square-foot family entertainment facilities.
Through his vast experience, John has developed excellent skills in strategic
planning, facility design, cash flow management, site selection, guest satisfaction,
team building, succession planning, and concept development.
