FLOYD GILKEY
Following his service as a Naval Aviator Floyd has worked more than 30 years in the Food Service Industry. Floyd started his career working for Hobart Corporation in varying responsibilities starting as a District Representative then moving to corporate headquarters in Troy, Ohio and leading the Sales Division as Director of Sales Development and Chain Restaurant Sales. In this position, he was responsible for food service equipment sales globally and ran a sales force of over 500 employees. Floyd also held the position of President at Ecklof Food Service Distributor for several years in Baltimore, Maryland.
With his depth of experience and knowledge of the food service equipment industry and bulk purchasing practices, he positions our firm to maximize value cost engineering for each of our design projects.
